In order to decide on a final over design I received tutor and peer feedback based on the final three designs I had developed (see figures 1-3). Within the crit everyone thought figure 1 was most successful due to its fully realised concept. It was also stated that figure 1 looked more professional and refined than the other two designs due to the simplicity of the line and left aligned concept. In addition it was suggested that I look at the other books within the competition due to the differences within each book and the opportunity to create a wide range of outcomes.
Therefore I plan to look at the other books within the competition, but submit figure 1 for the Adult Non Fiction category.
