In order to create the rating system that will feature within my wayfinding system I've created stickers using the pictograms within my system that can be stuck to the back of placards to indicate the popularity of each shop. The use of each shops colour as the background for the stickers allows for each shop to be identified easily however the pictograms themselves are lost as the colour overpowers the lines which lead to the development of featuring the pictograms and the distance on the stickers as the use of colour subtly references each shop as it stands out against the grey background of the stickers. The use of grey allows for the lines within the pictogram to stand out and not be overpowered by the colour as well as aiding in the legibility of the distance. The stickers will be enclosed within the poster which will fold down from A3 to A5 to hold the stickers in place.
