Upon receiving feedback I have found that the final logo (see figure 1) I’ve chosen works successfully as it looks professional as it reflects the chosen audience of women ages 18-25 successfully and looks as though it would solve their skin problems. This is due to the composition of the logo and the influence from the periodic table which reflects the scientific and clinical nature of the skincare products that would be sold causing customers to trust the product. If I where to develop my ideas to further refine this logo I could reduce the size of the numbers relating to different ranges offered as well as experiment with more pastel colours.

The feedback I was given also indicated that I could develop ‘ArCh’ (see figure 2) experimentation more as this also relates to the scientific and clinical nature of the products Archchemic would sell. This is because it highlights the influence from the periodic table and the scientific clinical nature of the products Archchemic would sell but more subtle way than chosen logo with the use of numbers. It was also found that ‘ArCh’ was easier to pronounce and look for rather than splitting up the ‘ar’ from the chemic as it didn't really flow as one word. Consequently I could also experiment further using more pastel based colours for each range to make the branding more subtle.

Overall I think my chosen logo works successful a portrays the message I wanted to convey to my audience of a clean trustworthy skincare company that would be able to solve your skin problems as I think the colour chosen compliments the design making it look clinical and trustworthy. The use of a san serif font such as Futura has allowed for the creation of a modern logo that will appeal to a younger audience. This logo also works across multiple platforms such as a part of packaging and on signage (see figures 3-7)
