In order to gain a greater understanding of The Times and what they offer I've explored each section online. The only limit of this research was access, as I'm not subscribes to the Times I only had a limited view of the articles and sections on offer. However despite these restrictions I was able to view the top stories within each section. The variety of stories covered provides something for everyone as there will always be a story to interest someone. Furthermore each colour has its own colour to make it easily identifiable online.
The Times has multiple sections:
- Main news / UK news: figures 1-2
