Due to having limited experience using After Effect tutorials where used to learn how to achieve the desired transitions. The main transition I needed to learn was how to incorporate trim paths which gives the appearance of an illustration drawing itself. I felt this transition was appropriate as it allowed each illustration to be revealed alongside the text, allowing the two to match up. Once I had watched the tutorial I referenced to the notes (see figure 1) made to allow multiple paths to be made due to the complex nature of some of the illustrations. Each individual line requires a trim path which was the challenging aspect of this tutorial as the majority of the illustrations used within my animation have multiple lines, however once one path had been made the process became easier. This tutorial was very helpful as each section was explained clearly, allowing each step to be followed easily as the process was simple to understand due to the clear and informative description throughout.
