Luxury Coffee: Label analysis

In order to help develop my designs I've identified the information commonly featured on the labels of ground coffee products in order to identify whats important to the consumer. The amount of information given varies from brand to brand with Whitards (see figure 1) giving the roast level, origin and description of the coffee, whereas Liberty (see figure 2) just give the consumer the origin 'Columbian ground coffee'. However if you look at T2 (see figure 3) packaging of tea they provide the consumer within information on how to brew the tea itself such as the temperature of the water and the brewing time as well as description of the tea on the back of the packings. Although this is a tea brand all of this information is important to those wanting to buy luxury coffee as they are often interested in the technical aspects of making a good coffee. Furthermore Harrods (see figure 4) also go into some detail within their labels including the variety of coffee, roast, intensity and origin. Upon reflection of the labels i've research I think the most important aspects to include are roast, origin and description as these are most commonly featured within the labels. However I also plan to incorporate the temperature of the water need and brewing time for ground coffee as it's important to no burn the coffee as this can alter and ruin the flavours brought out during the roast.
