The final print produces for studio brief 2 works successfully to engage the audience and create a link between equality issues faced by the Suffragettes with those faced by women today. Additionally the print has been printed successfully despite some initial issues during the screen printing processes which made it difficult get equal and enough pressure across the whole of the screen, causing some incomplete prints. Overall the colours used within the print compliment each other well as the green creates an effective contrast against the purple allowing the text to be visible. These colours effectively communicate the Suffragette movement in subtle manner due to there inclusion on the Suffragette flag and strengthen the relevance of Leonora Cohen who was a key member of the Suffragette movement within Leeds. However despite the successes of this print if more time was available the print could be developed to include more issues that women face allowing for more variations of the poster. Additionally the print could be re-printed in order to remove small imperfections caused by the unseen holes in the screen resulting in unwanted transfer onto the face. However this is a small imperfection which doesn't distract from the print as a whole. Overall the print successfully answers the questions within the brief as it celebrates the positive effect the riot had on Leeds and those involved based on the work that Suffragettes such as Cohen did within Leeds for women's rights. The print also successfully links the the issues within the riot to the modern day allowing the print to resonate with a modern audience through the use of the check list.
