D&AD Times: Power Crit Feedback

Upon presenting my initial ideas I've received feedback on which aspects work well and which to develop further. Both tutor and peer feedback found the typographic responses where the most successful due to the simplicity. Furthermore the original timeline design was also shown, with tutor feedback liking that you maybe wouldn't get the advert at a glance as there was the opportunity to place the ad on long advertising boards that people would interact with and walk along to follow the timeline. Furthermore the puzzle idea was also favour as tutor feedback suggested this is something D&AD would like due to the potential incorporation of animation and the idea of highlighting an aspect of the newspaper that is traditionally associated with the physical paper in a digital format to show its available online. Therefore I plan to develop the typographic responses and the puzzle responses in order to gain more feedback as to which to finalise for submission.
